I love the subject of submarines... Like you, I leave in a country with little technical resources...to put it in another way, it is hard to find equipment in Brazil like good batteries, machines etc... I have created letsevo.com, a network of designers and inventors to catalog suplliers, talk about ideas...I invite you to be parto of the comunity and start a group called "small submarine design" or something like it...we can discuss there..This way others can help too... May be there are somewhere some plans for such a little submarine for one or two persons I would be very obliged for any advice I’ve been thinking of building a little submarine but the only problems I see is
